Each piece is crafted with care and intention, ready to be worn, loved and treasured. From my studio to your hands, every item embarks on its own little journey.
UK Domestic Delivery
UK domestic delivery is £5 via Royal Mail Special Delivery - a tracked and insured service that requires a signature upon arrival, ensuring your piece reaches you safely.
Orders are carefully packaged and posted within 2-4 working days, Monday through Thursday. A tracking number will be shared so you can follow the journey.
International Shipping
At present, my jewellery is only available within the UK. Shipping to the USA and Canada will be arriving soon - please check back for updates.
I’m currently unable to offer shipping to Europe or Northern Ireland, but any changes will be shared here as they happen.
Returns Policy
My hope is that every piece brings you joy for a lifetime. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out - I would love the chance to help.
To help avoid unnecessary returns, please double-check measurements and ring sizes before purchasing.
Returning an Item
If you wish to cancel your purchase under your statutory right to cancel, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by email or through my Contact page.
Once you have notified me, you have a further 14 days to return the item to me.
Please return jewellery carefully packaged and, where possible, in its original packaging. Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received and should only have been handled to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
While exchanges are not currently offered, I am happy to guide you through the returns process and answer any questions along the way.
How to Return Your Item
Please package your item securely to prevent damage in transit.
Retain your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has safely reached me.
I strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, when returning jewellery.
You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
You are responsible for the item while it is being returned to me, so please choose an appropriate postal service and retain your proof of postage.
Once your return has been received, I will inspect the item and process your refund in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights.
If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, I may make an appropriate deduction from the refund to reflect any resulting reduction in value.
Exchanges are not currently offered for unwanted items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
I take great care when making and packaging your jewellery, but if your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with it, please get in touch as soon as possible through email or the Contact page.
Please let me know what has happened and, where possible, include a few photographs of the item and any damage. This will help me understand the problem and work out the best way to help.
If an item is faulty of was damaged before it reached you, I will deal with it in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund. I will cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty or damaged.
Please don’t attempt to repair or alter a faulty or damaged item yourself, as this may affect your rights.
My damaged/faulty goods policy does not cover damage, misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear.
If something isn’t right, please contact me before sending anything back. I’ll always do my best to find a fair solution.
