What data do I collect?

I collect the following data via my website:

My website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit my website, including:

  • Information about your browser, network and device

  • Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

  • Web pages you view while on this website

Squarespace needs the data to run my website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalised form.

My website serves font files from and renders fonts using Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To properly display my site to you, these third parties may receive personal information about you, including:

  • Information about this site and the page you’re viewing on it

  • Your IP address

How do I collect your data?

You directly provide me with most of the data I collect. I collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of my products or services

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey, webform or provide feedback on any of my message boards or via email

  • Use or view my website via your browser’s cookies

When you submit information to my website via webform (e.g. contact page), I collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. I share this information with Squarespace, my online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to me. I also share information with Google for storage purposes.

How will I use your data?

I collect your data so that I can:

When you buy something on my website, I collect personal information from you to fulfil the order. I may collect information like your:

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Details relating to your purchase (for example, your ring or bangle size)

  • Phone number

I share this information with Squarespace, my online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to me.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

In addition to the information you provide us, my website also collects personal data to power my site analytics, including:

I will keep your personal data for as long as is required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected (e.g to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase) or for legal obligations where applicable such as tax records etc. Once this time period has expired, I will either:

  • Anonymise your data

  • Delete your data by secure deletion methods for electronic data

  • Shred any physical documentation

Order and Account Emails

Order and account emails are separate to marketing emails. If you make a purchase from my website I will email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, I will email you to tell you that:

  • You’ve made a purchase

  • Your order has shipped

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

I share your contact information with Squarespace, my website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on my behalf.
